  • Independent audits ensure management is identifying and implementing risk management strategies, which reduce the likelihood of risks.

ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation

Campac is pleased to announce that they have been accredited under the International Standards Organization standard 9001:2000.

 

What is ISO 9001:2000?

ISO 9001:2000 is an international standard that gives requirements for an organization's Quality Management System ("QMS"). It is part of a family of standards published by the International Organization for Standardization ("ISO") often referred to collectively as the "ISO 9000 series".

At Campac we strive to deliver exceptional products and services to all our clients. We aim to ensure that our clients are happy with every aspect of our business, whether it is a product or a service and that all relevant business and legal or regulatory requirements and contractual security obligations are identified and managed. Campac has implemented a management system, based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000, as the means of continuing to delivering quality products and service.

We are proud that the Campac Group of Companies has received ISO 9001 accreditation. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard. The standard sets out the requirements to be met by a business involved in the design and development, production, installation and servicing of products.

 

To achieve ISO 9001 accreditation, Campac underwent certification audits of its quality management system. All aspects of the company's performance were evaluated, including overall company organization, responsibilities of key personnel, document and record control, effectiveness of the quality system, training, management of design activities, corrective action, response to customer complaint, support activities and records.

 

The audits found that Campac’s quality management system complies with the requirements of the standard.

We recognize that achieving ISO 9001 accreditation is as much an endorsement of our employee’s, as it is of our products.
